Returned it. Very bad quality. There are black material all around the holes of the steamer. It does not look safe to cook food with it.

What an incredible piece of junk!
Let me count the ways:
The metal is so weak you can bend it while opening the box.
The inserts do not fit in the pot.
The handles feel like they are going to come off.
All this before trying to use them.

we returned this item. the knob on the lid came loose from the lid and could not be re-attatched. very dangerous, didn't feel that it would be safe to use.

This is poorly manufactured from inadequate materials. The metal on the ring of the lid is not securely attached to the glass, leaving an uncleanable crease that collects dirty water. The handles on the pot are inadequately attached, fitting loosely. The loose handle cause water to come through the rivet holes. The pot handles are also flimsy and bent when picking up the full pot. The strainer is too tight of a fit into the pot, and does not easily slide past the pot handle rivets. The strainer is such a close fit to the inside of the pot that as the water boils, steam and boiling water shoot out of the top like a geyser. The holes of the strainer are punched out and left with sharp, rough edges. After boiling one pot of pasta in water, the material became discolored and pitted... I suspect that it is not actually stainless steel as the description claims. When originally opening the box, there was a substance everywhere that seemed to be grease with dirt and metallic residue in little bits everywhere. For how many things were wrong with this, I can't believe that a replacement would be any better, so I returned it and am waiting for my refund.
