"High Quality Lid - ? No way Jose" 2009-06-24
By L. Matthews (California)
This has got to be one of the flimsiest, cheapest wok lids ever created. Joyce Chen, if you are going to say your products are high quality, they should be! They were shipped to us in a light box and they are so thin and flimsy that the box came completely smashed and the lids were bent out of shape. I'm not talking a little bend either. Completely bent into a crescent shape. If you are looking for a solid, traditional wok lid, keep looking. This was a complete waste of time and money. To boot, the seller wants to retain a re-stock fee for the return. Least favorite amazon purchase to date.

 "Cheap construction." 2009-05-02

This 14 inch lid did not fit my 14 inch Wok. It sits about an inch below the rim so it is possible to use it but certainly not ideal. It it pretty flimsy. Luckily, most of my recipes don't call for the Wok to be covered.

"fits my 14" wok just peachy!" 2009-02-24

I looked all over to find a lid for my wok frypan I got at Walmart. This lid fits the pan perfectly. Great workmanship, good price, free shipping was great also!

 "disappointment" 2009-01-08
By Jenny :) (NY, USA)
I ordered this because my husband bought a wok without a lid and he already used the wok so we couldn't return it. Anyway, when I received this cheap aluminum lid, it was okay. It was bent into a non-circular shape due to shipping but I easily bent it back so that it would fit our 14" wok (it fits maybe about 1/2" or more inside the wok, which is fine). I'm okay with all of these small inconveniences so far. What made me give this lid 2 stars is because after about a month of using it, the screw at the top that connects the wooden knob started rusting. I've had other wok lids before that didn't rust and I was surprised at how fast this one rusted. If I knew this would happen, I would have bought another lid instead. Now I have to replace the screw and washer, which is a pain, and I'd probably have to do it every few months or so. This isn't the kind of time commitment I was looking for.

 "Cheap design and materials" 2008-09-23

This lid was a disappointment. It arrived from Amazon in a plastic bag, and was easily dented during shipment.
