The two measuring spoons are great. I use them for everything. As to the measuring cup, the jury is still out, so to speak. I'm concerned that the seal at the junction of the base and the sliding column is going to wear out just from normal disassembly, cleaning & reassembly. So far this has not happened, and I've been happy with it so far. I do believe that vertical ribs evenly spread around the base and made of the seal material would do a great job of stabilising the moveable column.
