I like the idea of using covers to replace the need for a plastic wrap. However, the edges curl up on this product which results in some spill-over.

Read about these...Amazon had them. Ordered 4 sets for friends and family. Mine are working out well. When dirty, I can wash them in the sink or in the dishwasher. I am reducing my footprint!
