I have had my chantal pieces for 11 years and never had a problem. these are enameled cookware, so the metal never has a chance to leave residue on your food. as with all enamel cookware you need very little heat to cook. I have never had any issues with sticking food. I think the other reviewer just failed to read how to cook with enamel ware before using the pan.

I bought it and used it believing that it would cook easily. It doesn't. You cannot put enough grease/oil or whatever to prevent sticking. I cooked at low temperatures and still had problems. Pass on this one.
